And the beauty of that is we can use statistics to prove anything. So with the hypothetical situation there is no distinction between contact and non contact injuries?
Becoming a bit circular - I’m sure those who took Yeo were aware it was a risk… I didn’t really entertain him and punted on Fyfe. To be honest I didn’t even entertain Yeo either way - there are too many red lights, individual and team wise. Don’t know why people get so defensive about picks like this. You weigh it up - you go or you don’t. It’s fine. It’s disappointing or it’s not.

Sorry if my point was misunderstood but given the prior discussions by members, I thought it was an ideal time to once again try and highlight the prevalence of a misused term amongst fantasy circles of “injury prone”. My mistake was using the opportunity to refer to Yeo rather than Player X given the intention was more of a general sense thus using the hypothetical situation of an unrelated injury suffered given it is predictable what will happen next year or in 2025 if someone like Oliver misses time for say a collarbone and/or a concussion and we have members drawing false conclusions.

I don’t see how my ownership of Yeo has any importance in the situation given the likelihood I would have made the same response either way. Aware of what could happen but given my trade and overall situation and that I am not interested in my individual performance in leagues, I wanted to go for a fun pick which might seem contrary to most. I would be more defensive about your poor statement in Post 10,685 than Yeo, which was my only reason for rehashing this.

Sounds more like Round 18.
I've held this long, what's a couple more weeks.:rolleyes:
yep, held this long, overall has long since gone and is just a distant view in the rear view mirror, sitting first on a $$ league Im in, what else is to do, but sit tight!
I'm going to have to hire an interpreter to analyze some of these posts over the past few days.
I knew I should of completed year 10 back in the day. :)
ditto, once my eyes start to roll over I get concussed and have to spend a week on the sidelines 🤣
