Yeah I have the E on him
Problem is all my fwds have played except for Ceglar
So the choice is bring in a non-playing rookie and drop Celgar or hope Ceglar scores a ton
If you like Ceglar as a starting pick I reckon you just back him in. You’d have to think he goes 80+ if he’s a good pick, which is only up to 20 points foregone. I wouldn’t think about changing a premo pick for that.

Bit of a shocker so far.

Guthrie 21, Rowbottom 46, Frampton 45, Brodie Smith 55, Green 41, Bontempelli 76 - all onfield have all done their bit to make things difficult.

Have some ground to make up, but it’s a long season, and I think NicNat might be about to score 250

Considering the high end midfielders have been underwhelming so far, made some adjustments to enable Rnd 2 fix.

Out:
Curtis (Fwd)
Neale (Mid)

In
Gorgar (Fwd/Ruc)
Starcevich (moved to mid)
B.Williams (Def)

Remaining Salary - 270K

Switch Brayshaw/Heeney via Link and upgrade Brayshaw.

This allows Starcevich flexibility if needed to replace PFFT (BZT)

Think I am on 17/1517 (once the site decides to update) give or take a point or two. Think it is a bit below average, but all to play are "premiums", including a ruck and still have my captain to come, so should be able to crack 2K from here.

What's your thoughts on Patton , thought he may be a good pod , he looked pretty good in the marsh series

Have both King and Taylor , who's the better to play on field today ......have let the team down with my score so would like to get maximum points if i can , anyone

And McAsey who to replace him with , learnt a valuable lesson today , always leave a little money in the bank when starting Round 1 for corrections

Was my wedding anniversary yesterday so I was a little distracted and missed the games during the arvo and night.

Some serious rd 1 flops in Dunks and MacPherson, and loving the normal rookie roulette. 15/1516 Grundy

MacPherson big fail. Great preseason, garbage when it mattered.
Yep, bye Mr 'bloody' Darcy hello Mr 'prem rookie' Sturt. Will allow Mr 'fill in C' Comben to Mr 'better to be lucky than good' Naismith.

Gawn could go huge today, wouldn’t take him out. I’m looking at bringing in both Sturt and Geo this week, should be good to make some quick cash since they will increase in price next week.

I considered Patton for a while. I think like any key forward you will get good games and bad games. Broke my plan of no key forwards with Lynch and got burned, Patton may be the one to have the really good start to the season though (hopefully).

C: B Grundy

Played: R Laird, L Ryan, S Docherty, J Noble, B Zerk-Thatcher, P Dangerfield, J Macrae, J Kelly, P Cripps, M Rowell, M Pickett, B Grundy, S Naismith, A Brayshaw, T Lynch, D Smith

Yet to play: D Roberton, D Hannebery, C Taylor, J Brander, T Mitchell and C Petracca.

Disappointed with L Ryan, A Brayshaw and T Lynch but apart from them content with the others and can hopefully manage a 2100.
