Good to see a new player get a shot. I wouldn’t expect to much though as both Steele and titchell played in this league and averaged phenomenal numbers then came into the big time and struggled to find there feet for the first couple of years. Def one to watch in the future could be a lock in our sides in 5-6 years time

Any collingwood supporters got any intel on Ruscoe? need to go early on another rookie this week to do my trades for next week. Can get a mid or a def. Have noticed sharp is debuting for Suns aswell tomorrow, I think he's a bit more promising js but Ruscoe has that def/mid swing. Any intel appreciated, cheers

Round 8 I had a freeish trade.

Decided to trade Sturt to Georgiades.

Had also thought about trading Devon Smith to Clayton Oliver.

Georgiades has been a good cash cow. Oliver is averaging 162.3 since then.

Round 9, I was $2000 away from double upgrading to Caleb Daniel and Oliver.

I thought about getting Stewart in a week we early, but decided to wait and leave Oliver for a dip later. 155 average for Clarry since that point. Stewart scored 145.

Round 10. I had the $$$ for Clarry, but decided to save my money for future upgrades and get Mitch Duncan instead.

Soul crushing results, especially as I earmarked Clarry as an upgrade target for a long time beforehand but I missed the timing. Round 8 hurts but at least I got a good rookie.

Round 9 I could've had a 145 as well as Clarry this week.

I’ve had him since the beginning. That horrible last hour or two before round one when you think “I’m an idiot, Oliver over the Bont/Cripps/insert gun here, what am I doing” and then he scores 99 round one (oh no this is going wrong), 127 round 2 (yes!), zero round 3 (bummer), 111 round 4 (acceptable but on notice), 96 round 5 (oh no this is actually going badly wrong), 106 round 6 (what’s Zerrett’s price etc), 121 round 7 ( attention diverted by other team failures), 177 round 8 (aren’t I great for picking him over Bont/Cripps/insert underperforming premium here), 105 round 9 ( oh no, flash in pan he’s back to where he really is why can’t he kick goals), and then this R10 thing. Who knows anymore.

I always wanted Clarry at some point, which makes it more annoying that he's out of reach. He had MDB Rd2 IIRC before fixture changes, so I thought I'd avoid him and pick him up cheaper early on in the season - that didn't pan out ofc but I always wanted him and I seriously considered starting him.

I wouldn't be nearly as annoyed with his scoring if it were I wasn't really interested in. He was always someone I wanted and came so close to being able to trade in/trading him in.

I can't really get him at $660k, I still need to make a lot more upgrades elsewhere.

Went for Treloar instead of Oliver in R8 and have gotten an 81 and 103 for my 600k.
Oliver was cheaper and scored more than that in one game .

Actually quite impressed with Supercoach projected score.
I threw my numbers into a spreadsheet and confirmed that the projected score is a combination of actual + projected scores for each player, as normal, but it's also taking into account best 18. So it dropped off both actual and projected scores that were not best 18.

I guess most know this already, but it impressed me.
I'm easily impressed.
