With Dunkley looking likely to be gone I’d feel better about bringing Ryan in.... but now there is the fact Perth has been declared a red zone scares me

After likely losing Dunkley tonight I'll almost certainly be going Howe + rookie -> Neale / Clarry + Mansell.

Next week will move to bring in whichever one of Neale / Clarry I don't bring in this week.

Will still most likely wear 1-2 donuts this week on DEF line this week (and maybe 1 next week), but I can't do much about that unless Clark is a late in and Highmore gets a game.

Campbell vs. Clark (vs. Berry)

Need to trade one for Mansell. With Nicks words on Berry yesterday it seems he's still right in their plans not only for this weekend, but going forward even if he was to be rested, so will likely look to ride him longer. Guess it comes down to who is the most chance of getting themselves a recall next week for Campbell and Clark, as the one not traded this week will likely go next week if they don't get a game.

Has to be Clark I think. Dropped purely on form and will take some time to get back in if history is anything to go by.

Dev Robertson on the bubble, anyone tempted?
He's pretty clearly the next mid up.

The problem is that's clearly behind Neale, McCluggage, Lyons, J. Berry and Mitch Robbo at a minimum. He'd need a long term injury to really get a sustained look at it. Guys like Tom Berry/Coleman and Prior/Sharp are getting games here and there but the former pair has been playing as forwards and the latter as half back flankers.

Missed this nugget on Berry. Traded him out for McCreery as I think Campbell may be better for the rest and fire again. Had to go early to use Scott’s DPP. Was hoping to hold some of the Sydney rookies to their bye but probably a bit of a pipe dream.

Out: L McDonald and B Campbell
In: C Oliver and F Macrae

Had initially planned on bringing Bergman back and waiting until next week for Macrae but with the injury to Dunkley, this opens up a fwd/mid link to potentially push Daniher back to F6 with Heeney the favourite to replace Dunkley.

Hickey - > McCreery via Fullarton

8 trades used , and my team looks no better than when it started

Will need to hold Daniel , Impey & Ziebell as keepers

8 upgrades required

Fantasia
Gulden , Powell , JordOn , Campbell
Flynn , Meek
Warner

Current value = $ 2,107,400.00

Even allowing $ 500k for each upgrade I need $ 1,892,600.00 less price rises.

My bench is :-

Highmore , Jones
Berry , McNeil , Fyfe
Fullarton
Campbell , McCreery

Current Value = $ 1,282,800.00

If they were all to rise to $ 275k each (1 might) , that would only make a extra $ 937,200.00

Think my season is right royally screwed again.

Might need to look in the $ 400k Bargain Bins for upgrades.
