Already had Gawn so went
Pittonet 53 to Grundy 61 200+ k for 8 points ?

Sorry to everyone for breaking Grundy but I had thought watching previous weeks that he wasn’t right and bringing in Cameron just makes me think that even more so. His scores were still enough to convince me that he was no worries. This game does this to you when u don’t trust your gut. Watch now this week Grundy will get a rest
Pittonet 53. Gawn 157. I think we made the right trade lads, was no need to worry at all! :D

2,048 in the end after scaling. Very relieved to crack the 2K mark after a very slow start, thought I would be scoring closer to the 1,800 range for most of the round.

Looks like it's 1-1 @Herbie66, you just beat me this week. Almost caught up in the end, but I had too much of a deficit after your really good start to the round.
good stuff ?

I actually got lucky today with the way the games were scheduled being able to look at Hamill first instead of Starcevich.

I think the massive scores from Kelly , Sicily & Greene this week paper over some of my weaknesses , but actually looking forward to Rd 9-12 and hoping it makes the rest of the season a lot more enjoyable SC wise.

I know you can't be too hindsighty but if I traded Dev Smith to Clarry and fielded Serong & Budarick instead of Dev and Budarick I'd probably be 100 points better off.

I did bring Georgiades in who was superb as a rookie on the bench so this is serious complaining from me and I'll probably make up the points later on with the $$$ Georgiades is making.
I did some calculations and I realized I wouldn't have needed to field Serong, and had I done the Dev to Clarry Trade I'd be 128 points better off this week, instead of the 30 I thought was realistic.

I hate moments like these; just to hammer it home, had I made the trade I'd be on 2507 with Sam Simpson to come.

Looks to be several 'pars' for this round, those WITH and please spare a thought for those WITHOUT.

Are you a cheeseburger, Big Mac or Angus burger...Think I'm a double cheeseburger for the round.

Guys, Is the supercoach site having a hissy fit? My captains reverted to Friday night. My f/w emergency has changed to friday night. Had the VC on Maccrae so double checked/saved on line so no mistakes. Anyone else copping thsi?
I have just gone into supercoach and now McCrae has VC and captains points allocated. This has happened before, and I thought it was me... but now I know better!

One thing that I have learned over the years and yes for a good reason and been caught out myself ...
- Any complaints to the Fantasy sites even with screen shots all say the same ...

After making "ANY" changes to your team albeit trades or bench swaps ... "Log out and then back in" .. that solidifies the changes ...
- Been told numerous times by various "fantasy sites" that the log in / out process actually locks in the changes ... nothing else does ...
Tails - I did log out and back and the changes made stayed. Anyway, 3 hours later the changes have 'reappeared' as if nothing happened.

I reckon there will be about 4 pars this week

people with literally everyone and no stupid people (maybe one bad score) 2400

people with 3-4 massive premium scores (but 1-2 bad premium scores) 2300

people with the obvious premium fails ( but with like Sicily and gawn capt for example) 2200

and then for people who have completely been screwed 2050 and below

Can only grimace after an unexpected visit from the hamburglar.

Did you know that if you go into McDonalds and use the computer to order, you can customize your hamburger to remove the buns, burger patty, onions and sauce to have just a pickle left over.

I was at McDonalds with a mate when he decided to try this to see what would happen. They presented the pickle in a Big Mac box which we thought was pretty funny. Not sure if that is standard procedure when a customer orders a single pickle or if the staff at this particular outlet had a sense of humour.

Either way, that is what my team is. It comes in a fancy Big Mac box, it looks like 2350 points. But then you open it to get stuck into that burgery goodness and delicious Big Mac special sauce but all you find is a single pickle. So much promise but my players can't put together a solid performance lately.

My team is a pickle in a box.
