He did give away a 50 under the statue rule, but I basically agree. He did get 45 DT though, so he might be okay with a more normal ratio.

There's a 50m penalty and a couple of dumb free kicks in there. The biggest issue though was his inability to apply defensive pressure, which is one way to endear yourself to a coach both on the ground and in SC.

Most of my other rookies did OK so I might look at bringing in Gulden for Brockman, although Fullarton is there as well.

Jones kicks 2 of those 3 or so opportunities he ends up on 75. Disappointing that he seems to have exactly the same set shot problems as Joe D.

Powell looked a little off the pace at times but some of his touches were pure class and he ended up getting a bit more of the ball as the intensity wore off a little. Might need a few games to get a bit of confidence but some positive signs there.

And I doubt many have Jetta & McDonald or would be looking to trade them in.

Couple of those 50+ mids could still have shaky JS concerns as well.

What are thoughts on Jordon? Wasn’t filled with great praise pre-game, but looks an alright score.

He'd showed more in the first 20 minutes than he did in both preseason games combined!

Played a great game, no chance he gets dropped next week after that, was one of their best. No reason he can't score in that range in that role.
