It’s understood there is at least one Perth Scorchers player who is awaiting the result of a PCR Test as well, though he has been isolating for two days already having been identified as a casual contact for a positive case.

Edit- that was the Tom Morris article via foxsports

Will be interesting if they will be allowed to play in the DGR? The earlier Age article suggested the LRPs would need a 5 day integration period

“The option for top-up players to be brought in from lower levels will almost certainly be denied as CA’s COVID-19 protocols require a five-day integration period for players who are entering the BBL “bubble”.”

Such a fluid situation. I imagine circumstances have changed since that Age article was published earlier today.

They wouldn't be playing tomorrow if they don't have top up players.

20 on their list (15+5) - 10 postive gives them only 10.

Hatcher injured as well

Which was written when ? Sure their was a post saying they are only getting top up players from local clubs
I think that was published earlier in the day as a possibility, I would trust the more recent ones which suggest local players.

Bit disappointed we didn't get our rumoured BAT/BWL/WKP option, or at least not yet. :p

Sounds as though just 18 of the 20 were tested.

My guess is they didn’t bother with Stanlake and Gotch as they’re gone for the season.

Sometimes you look at the round winner and just shake your head and sigh.

They had a doughnut on the WKP line but could have easily switched Wade and Philippe around before today‘s games to protect against a washout at Co***. Would have given them Renshaw off the bench and another 53 points.

Also had the V on Bazley and then the C on Phillippe. Obviously ended up with Bazley but could have locked in Baz by moving Nevill on field with the C and Phillippe on bench with the E.

I wish I was rewarded for making mistakes like that.
