And just like that the Grand Final is as good as over, Anderson has turned up to Metricon with his own footy and Jack Darling refuses to actually pick the ball up cleanly. A howler of a term for Giants fans.

I’m praying Lipinski is back this week or I’ll be copping Bailey Scott’s rubbish
Jed's doing his best to cover should that be an issue, but you'd think Lipinski is back.

I've got Jack Darling somehow going backwards when he's not even near the footy.

This could be the hardest game of footy for me to watch all year I think. And I reckon I've watched all bar about two games this entire season.

Lachlan Sholl 40 at QTR time, dropped by The Giants, is outscoring premium defensive staple Nick Haynes (34 from entire game) by 6 points.

Well done @Jordan's Jets. This has been an utterly embarrassing performance from my side on the biggest of SCSUL stages.

I honestly couldn't have thought of a worse outcome than what has been produced so far. Just have to hope now that The Giants don't have the same mental demons as the GWS Giants had after their Grand Final thrashing.

Been a strinker of a start from you in the first and second quarters but there are still more than half of the games left to play so still enough games to swing momentum. A lot riding on some of your elites names like Cripps and Titch to match the figures of their salaries (to not be upstaged by Jed Anderson of all people!) haha.

Hopefully it's a close game, you both have a few names in that final Monday game so that would make for an exciting finish!

Gonna be hard for the Giants from here after dominance from a player on a 200k salary upstaging one on 1.2m (although injuries playing a part). The Jets have one hand on the premiership glory!
I need an absolute fantasy miracle to even remotely think about getting back into this one unfortunately.
It'd take a massive capitulation for Jordy's boys to stuff it up from here.
The weekend hasn't got any better for my blokes, in fact it's just gone and got much worse.
It's actually hard to believe this sort of howler could be produced by so many key players in the one week, let alone the GF.

No topping the eulogy for Bellechambers delivered by @Goodie's Guns but sadly Creme de la Creme have to announce the departure of club champions G Ablett and K Simpson.

Unfortunately G Ablett was unable to feature heavily for the side but was pivotal in helping the quick ascension of the likes of Brayshaw and Petracca to premium status and the widsom imparted to the younger players. The same can be said for one of the most consistent and durable players ever, K Simpson. He ended his career with Creme de la Creme by featuring in the most losses in VFL/AFL/SCSUL history as well as being sent off in style with all of our players either unavailable for selection or underperforming in the preliminary final to provide Simpson with that losing feeling for one last time.

In other news the trio of S Jacobs, P Ahern and K Mutch have currently been delisted or announced their retirement from their respective AFL clubs with all having 1 or multiple years left to run on their SCSUL contracts.

@Jordan's Jets seems as though Baz Smith is trying to get his average down to help me for next year with his 2YC contract :ROFLMAO:

Dunks slow start as you skipper, but you're still looking miles ahead with Lipinksi's lift.
Dunks below par and Wallis poor leaves the door open. I reckon it’s a lot closer than we think

GG:
Grundy + Gray + 207

Vs

JJ:
Crisp, Ladhams, Lycett, McKenzie, Adams, Elliot

The door slightly open but the Giants will need a lot to go their way to hang onto their slim lead!

At least some chance though coming into the last game but the Jets would be stiff to lose this one!

If you lose from here Jordy I reckon you can expect a knock on your office door at @Jordan's Jets FC HQ Tuesday morning where the owner might give you the sack :ROFLMAO:

I need a Monday night miracle, but we'll see, hopefully my experienced pair of Grundy and Gray can at least drag it out a bit tomorrow night.

You may also need some voodoo dolls of some sort to curse the hamstrings of Adams, McKenzie or Elliot :p
