I might be misunderstanding this, but is the concern potential gaming from some coaches?
If so, would a simple yes/no cell on the team pages allow you to see that a coach had submitted their side by the deadline (ie we all select “yes” ahead of deadline to confirm what is on the team page is representative)?
If so, perhaps this would save you the work of clearing all the player selection cells, and save coaches the need to re-select obvious selections each round.
Will the extra few minutes saved from entering teams on a weekly basis equate to extra content on their team pages?
The requirement when accepting an invitation was that teams would be active. This was more than entering a team on a weekly basis.
There was a strong emphasis on actively posting. Teams, scores, trades, etc. We've tried to provide examples to follow, and are happy to give templates if you need assistance. The Round document can be altered to allow other options, if desired. If you want a format similar to my weekly team added to the Rounds Doc, let me know.
The snipping tool allows a quick way to make a round by round analysis very easy (IMO).
A little by all makes a Grand Result.
