but I've checked and the competition does not require a licence from the Victorian Commissioner of Gambling.
The reason is that the competition is '
Not a Game of Chance' and thus does not require a licence.
As a fallback, even if it was a 'Game of Chance', the total prize money is under $5,000
and all money collected is returned as prizes and thus not required.

Also note I won't be in any of the Cash Games as I have no room (8 SCS Leagues, 1 SCE and 1 Home League).
