I'm thinking that what is most likely is that The Rock vs Roman Reigns for 'Head of the Table' headlines Wrestlemania and that Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns for the Undisputed title ends the bloodline story at SummerSlam.

If I recall correctly from NRL Physio, the MCL injury could be approx six weeks if grade 3 and I also think Seth might have had the same/similar injury in 2017 heading into Mania approx eight weeks out which he was able to recover in time.

Depends on Roman’s upcoming schedule but there could be a possibility that the Intercontinental or either of the male world titles may not be defended at the Chamber.

Could finally be time for a successful Priest cash in on Raw if they decide to run an injury angle with Rollins or he interrupted during a promo, etc. Seth VS Punk does not need a title and could allow them to pivot to Drew Vs Punk for the title at Mania if Rollins is unavailable, if Priest dropped to Drew after a short run.

The title vacated and on the line for the Rumble winner could also be a possibility.

Thank you so much for your insight, @Connoisseur. I don't have the source, but a few videos I've seen on Youtube about the situation are saying that if Seth had surgery and pushed himself he could be back in 3-4 weeks. I don't know how true that is.

I've also heard that the plan is for Seth to make a promo about this situation on Raw next week. Maybe the cash-in from Priest could happen then and there? It could be a pack of wolves/hyenas taking down a wounded lion type of situation.

If I had to guess, I would bet that Seth comes out on Raw says that he wanted to be a fighting champ unlike Reigns, but he is injured and will need to take a break. I imagine that he'll then say that he will be back for Mania. I don't imagine that they will get him to vacate the title. In the time that Seth is away, I imagine they will do a Priest vs Drew vs Punk sort of feud/situation with Cody also possibly involved (due to his promos with Drew).

I just had a thought, if the Seth and Roman narratives are on the back burner for now, maybe the WWE could showcase women's wrestling in the interlude? Maybe the Rhea vs Women's rumble winner (Bayley, Becky or Jade?) narrative can be the number 1 story on Raw for a while. It would make sense for Aussie Rhea to headline her home PLE (she is already the poster woman for the event).
