So if this comes to fruition, what are Sicily owners doing? Let's just say he gets 2 weeks, that's actually 3 rounds he's missing due to the bye. I think I would lean towards begrudgingly trading him..

Trial by media there. :(

If he's out (he shouldn't be in my opinion, but I don't have thousands of people reading what I say, the people making the decision won't read this anyway), possibly trade to Oliver, assuming he is back. I guess we'd be looking at getting him back in the team at some point.

Just take the hit more than likely, its a guy youre going to want in a completed team so doesnt make much sense to trade him and then have to struggle to get him back again.
Highly dependent who youve got for cover for most I think. If youre at the pointy end holding probably isnt an option.

Reckon he gets 3 and the decisions made for you though anyway.

Having to wait until 3.20pm AEST for the footy today really is quite upsetting.
Not great. Will have to settle for a VFL game or two. Check out a few in reserves for a mid/late season promotion.

And we are probably going to have to get used to it for years to come; I know the Bombers & Blues are keen to make tonights "Kings Birthday Eve" clash another marquee match permanently locked in the fixture.

That doesn't make any real sense. They are already a "blockbuster" game whenever they meet. It would be better to try and cultivate a rivalry game against another team. A special cause or theme. Make the connection to Comic Con, dress up as your favourite Marvel character. Screen a Marvel movie as the prelude.

Wish they’d not put the Thursday game in for this round and push everyone back a slot. Would’ve made it a lot better for constant viewing.

Off season exhibition match in the UK on November 13th then? ;)

Think I still hold given the limited trades in the bank….moved on Ziebell for Neale this round so can’t afford another sideways trade.

If I had enough trades the move might be the play, particularly for round 14 and 15 byes
It's interesting, because it would be pretty much the same as the Oliver hold. 3 weeks ago everyone was "have to trade". 3 weeks later everyone is "can't afford to trade"!
