It’s akin to saying “drink driving is fine as long as you don’t hurt anyone”. The lawyers for the concussion lawsuit will have a field day with this as even I could sail a boat through the holes in the AFL’s approach. Laughable!

should be stamping out the action ( regardless of injury or not) so that players adapt quickly to the new interpretation.

I remember when Beams was still at Collingwood. He missed nearly a whole season with a quad injury, but seemingly was never listed as longer than 3 weeks away.
I guess some injuries are just a mystery, even to the Doctors.

I'm not reading anything more to it than poor luck (getting the infected blister) and poor management. They (or himself) have probably pushed it too quickly and done something again, which they will NOT ever release.
