Yeah mate, I would have waited until today to pull the trigger anyway but even before last nights game I had decided I won't go through with that trade. Thankfully the performance of Lloyd makes things a bit better as we should be able to count on him to get a few more games, probably not of the same scoring, but hey take anything from a a FWD rookie.
The bugger Laidler kicked one of early goals...lol

Thanks Malthouse....

How much will nic nat drop this week? Need to start making plans to get rid.
I'm in the same boat, expecting him to be just sub 440k. was actually hoping he would be out for a few weeks and would trade to cox but he is a chance to play next week
Spot on Mr_A, I have NicNat falling $40.6k this week to $438.9k with a B/E of 173 heading into his next game.
Cox will fall to $526.5k, and will have a B/E of 117.

Might tempt you in 8 years priced at 45 average ;).
Might temp me next year priced at 45 the way he's travelling hahaha.

In all seriousness though, I've made a new rule of not starting the season with KPFs anymore. Too much of a roller coaster early. And relatively easy to upgrade to If the need arises

Rowsus , with the changes to the interchange cap and most teams going with 1 main ruck and pinch hitter type any chance SC will drop the 4 ruck line to 2 and give us a extra def and fwd :) or just 2 more mids since the game is now just a midfielders game .

Franklins price and BE please Rowsus. Buddy will never be in my SC team again
After this week he should be priced around $454.5k with a B/E of 114. His price will drop around $20.6k, with his 130 last week saving his bacon.

It's easy to envisage, the way both games are heading, we will have 4 Defenders including one on the bench, 2 Rucks including 1 on the bench, 4 Forwards including 1 on the bench, and 20 Midfielders including 5 on the bench.
But seriously, I can't see them changing the structure in the next year or two.

This maybe a pretty difficult question, but from here on in, who do you see as the top 2 rucks? Need to ditch Luey and need someone who wont need a trade wasted on him. Early thoughts are Minson, Sandi, Cox, maybe Jacobs for his reliability

Hi Rowsus. What are your thoughts on Titchell. Should we be worried about his form, and is it time to punt him? Also your thoughts on Parker and Bruest as these are the two players I am considering if I do pull the trigger.

It is a little hard yet to be confident, but history has shown the top Rucks by round 8 are usually the top Rucks at seasons end.
You are probably familiar with the fact that I like a PIT system to determine these things, rather than a straight best average or best aggregate analysis. In most years I have used PIT75 for the Rucks, as their has been some semi-reliable back-up Rookies on the bench. That's not the case this year, as Derickx 39 shows on the weekend shows. He was the only Rookie Ruck to play. I am thinking of using PIT50 on the Rucks this season. Keep in mind too, how fragile Rucks are. Looking at the following data, we should all expect to eat at least one donut this season, or hope that a Derickx etc is playing the week our Ruck isn't.
In 2011 1 Ruck played all 22 games, 4 played 21 and 3 played 20.
In 2012 1 Ruck played all 22 games, 4 played 21 and 6 played 20.
In 2013 8 Rucks played all 22 games, 1 played 21 and 1 played 20.
With the interchange cap we should be thinking more 2011, than 2013.
Keeping that in mind, and the more important fact, that what you really want to know is "Who will be the top Rucks from here?", here is my guess to answer your question with the PIT50 points I guess they will score from here until the end of the season:
Goldstein 1911
Minson 1895
Cox 1888
Jacobs 1848
Mumford 1784
I'm quite prepared to say they could be miles off though!

Hmm. Minson could be my man going by that. I was going to go Jacobs but hate his bye. Also POD I think, going by what I've read on here

Hi Babylove.
There is no doubt us Titchell owners should be concerned. Is it Titchell, or the Swans in general that is the problem? I'm not sure on that. Dimma showed us last season (with Zorko), that we can carry one or two underperformers while using our trades elsewhere. If you have no other trades to do, and can find a replacement you are confident in, AND you can reach that replacement with one trade, then fix him, otherwise use your trades elsewhere, or keep them.
Sorry if that isn't an exact answer, but it's along the lines of what I will be doing with him.

EDIT - sorry, forgot to answer the Parker/Breust part of the question.
As I said in Trade Tables last week, I think Breust has done well if you started with him, but it's probably best to not get him now. If it's out of those 2, get Parker.

Hi Rowsus, After Rd 5 if Dunstan can pull an 80 I will be trading him taking the cash and upgrading a defender to premium. If L McDonald can also pull an 80 he should be around 310 to 315k. Already have Swallow, Hooker, Enright, Mitchell.

Looking at Bartel, Simpson or McVeigh. Any suggestions or preference?

Hi Man,
That's about my preferences, and the order I'd have them in, too. I'd add Hibberd in, unless you already have him, and I'd put him 2nd behind Bartel.
