Glen Durant a great addition to the commentary team as he knows when to mix between a bit of light hearted fun and expert insight into the current batch of professional players given his recency on the circuit and his time as a professional on the tour, etc. They are onto a winner, pairing him with Dan Dawson. Should hopefully ensure I stay awake in time to watch Van Barneveld, as I do not want to upset Barney.

Another great performance by Dobey. Strongly considered hedging these two as I was not confident in M Smith getting past them in the fourth round and was very hard to separate. Dobey faces Smith next and if he wins then he has one of Clayton/Ratajski/Cross in the quarter final, so a very deep run to the Semi of further could be in store.

Did not expect such a convincing win in terms of scoreline.
