Opening match against Kist, with the winner to then face Andrew Gilding, who could then advance to Wade/Campbell/Ilagan before meeting Williams/Wright/van Barneveld/so on in the fourth round. If Littler avoids poor doubling displays, he has the power scoring to go on a run to possibly the Quarter Finals.

How do you break the throw against someone averaging 105 with 50% on the doubles? Barney played well but might have needed a few nine darters or 10-12 darters to break the throw.

His cover shooting on the 19’s was great as well.

Decent day so far for me. 4/4 through, and have both players in this last match. It is going to make the final lot of selections tough though, as I am not entirely sure I want to keep my 3 remaining original selections. Too many good players remaining.

Although I selected Humphries and as captain, it would have been nice to see Cullen finally reach the quarter final stage of the Worlds, given his poor record on the stage and after another brilliant fourth round tie in which he narrowly lost (previously 2021 VS MVG- missed a or a few match darts on the bull after leading 3-1))

Brendan does it for Mildura @Connoisseur

World Champ just in time for his Aus exhibition tour, Did not factor him into consideration from the start with the planned Price VS Anderson hedge in the fourth round over using that Price spot for a Cross/Aspinall.

Nice round.

6/8 through will make it extremely tricky to narrow it down to three. Dobey, Humphries and Van Gerwen firming for those spots. Williams has performed his role excellently but Chisnall or Littler would likely feature as the third if I was to take one of aforementioned trio out.

If Chisnall is not selected, it will finally be the time he wins that elusive first TV major.
