A strong West Indies Test team can only be good for test cricket.
Just hope S. Joeseph inspires more of their younger players to play Test cricket and the WI cricket can pay them enough to keep supporting the Test team.

Have to be one of the most remarkable bowling spells I have seen by a visiting quick.

Still remember Hadlee taking 9fa and catching the final wicket.

Incredible comeback after Adelaide.

Amazing to think 6 of them have played 4 or less Tests.

Interesting article on Cricinfo a few weeks ago where their CEO Johnny Grave said it cost $ 2 million to send the Squad to Australia.

They get nothing back at all from TV revenue , ticket sales etc etc.

The financial model certainly needs to change before it is too late and we are left only with Australia , England and India playing Test cricket
