I would try and get McKercher on field instead of Laurie. McKercher playing half back and should at least go 75-80 where Laurie could be anything if he plays.
Could maybe cut one of Steele/Amon/Martin to a mid rookie such as Clarke or Sinn or could move Wilson/Mannagh to mids and get another fwd rookie such as Cadman/Darcy/Sexton.
Could then use Steele’s money to upgrade Harmes to a Flanders/Martin/Baker type in the forward line.
Xerri over Grundy is very interesting even with the Sydney bye. I think Xerri is a fine pick though however will probably need a trade whereas Grundy potentially won’t.
I’m not sure how much cash all of these moves would leave you in the bank but Ridley who is probably a fringe top 6-8 defender could be upgraded to a Sicily/Stewart/Sinclair who are more likely to be top 6 and have no early bye. I can see you have tried really hard to avoid the early bye players however I don’t think it’ll make too much difference in the long run. Value for some of the early bye players is too hard to ignore.

With that forward structure, I would prefer to cut back on the midfield spend given the likelihood that a or multiple picks will not be good picks at that price range and relative to rookie priced players who could average within 15-20 points for a significant saving. Amon would be the easy drop to allow McKercher onfield and for those funds to be reinvested on other lines.
With the Amon and Martin selections, do you expect for them to eventually be moved to the backline if they receive dual position status and do they have the ability to average say 105, given you already have three backline premiums and restricts the spots for the likes of Stewart, Sicily and Daicos? Do you have any confidence that Amon and Martin can be season long keepers in the midfield? It locks you in to either your backline positions too early or trades to chase the top echelon premiums, of which both are preventable situations.

Your 3 Sydney premiums in Gulden, Grundy & Adams will be missing 2 of the first 12 rounds along with Gawn & Walsh missing 2 of the first 14 rounds. Understand the appeal of the Gawn & Grundy combo being so unpriced compared to their scoring output when the main ruck but the others I would be reconsidering given their bye situation.
12 Solid keepers (including Steele & Grundy) PLUS The 4 expensive rookies (Williams, Mckercher, Sanders & Reid), Just 1 midpricer (could be either Harmes, Billings or Jordon) and the rest rookies.
Just the one Early Bye round premium with Grundy, too much value, but if Conway or Sweet look like solo ruck round 1, i do like a risky R2.

Def - I have paid for the premiums in defence as I do not see too much change amongst them.
Mid - I have gone for players with value/growth, that is why I have omitted the top priced players.
Ruck - The vanilla setup, however, vanilla is tasty.
Fwd - I have selected Flanders due to pre-season hype and mooted role, the rest are value picks
Bye - Rnd 3 (Flanders), Rnd 5 (Daicos/Grundy) and Rnd 6 (Gawn).
