Read somewhere broadcasters and even other clubs were annoyed that one of the teams had someone who was constantly whistling loudly to get his players to come to the interchange etc. It does look extremely funny out of context though. Could probably do some digging to find the link/article.

This was mentioned in an article after last season about likely rule changes, and I'm still not sure that's among the biggest issues in the game right now that needed fixing. I guess it's a problem to someone who chips in money, so that means it takes priority...

Definitely needs some smart alec to sit right near the bench and whistle loudly all the time just to annoy the broadcaster. If I could whistle loudly, I'd definitely be tempted!
