I'm treating Reid like any other rookie priced player that I would want on field. I don't see him as an automatic selection just because he was a number 1 pick and how talented he is.

His first match was obviously underwhelming but this next match will be a lot closer to the real thing. If he shines in a role which is conducive to decent SC scoring for a rookie priced player then he will remain in my team.

Otherwise I will give thought to switching him to a Windsor type if they look the goods in their match this week.

I get why they did it with the 42 degree day, but I guess now I have to figure out what to spend the half day off I was taking on - and now I have to walk through Rooty Hill at 10:00pm.

Most of us will be watching his next run closely. Still prefer him as a option to Windsor, I feel JS is better.

Sexton will be a lock if he does get the touted HB role, Wilson I have squeezed onto the MID bench for now.?

Yeah it looks as though he is a genuine chance. I would say his JS is quite poor though. Can easily see him making way for anybody on that notable absentees list. Bowey/McVee would just be named on a HBF in that case.

But who knows, he could be this year’s McVee..
