If you have another stalled rookie in mid or fwd (based on DPP) you could take D'Ambrosio down to Clohesy and use that rookie for Steele instead.

Then dump Howes next week on the bye.

Only works if you rate D'Ambrosio worse than McKercher? Probably a 50/50 call.

I like it. Gundy LDU > Young, Martin at the higher end if those 3 trades as well. Lots if options on that theme.

I need Heeney and the above leaves me with 141k ITB to get him after bye but cannot see a downgrade for next week.

It’s only Sunday evening so thoughts will change during the week but it’s been a tough start.

Can't win without luck, can't get lucky without risk.
Although I didn't understand the love for Hollands off 1 game.
I went early on Darcy and that's been ok. Freed up an extra trade this week and saved a boost.
I can see the appeal of Clohessy but will wait on Comben to watch for another week.

Think I’m happy to go early on Coffield - Clohesy as I don’t really want to boost for that next week. Going early also means I can loop Howes into Clohesy this week

Seen a lot of Grundy > Meek trades.

Is that just to free up cash or are we seriously thinking that Meek will average more than Grundy in the short run?
And is he likely to hold down that #1 ruck from Reeves?
