Think I might be in the same boat with Comben.
So far looking at McKercher, Clark > Clohesy, Graham. Still have to deal with Gibcus but can do that next week to McAuliffe, Garcia, Nyuon or Drury. McKercher and Clarke need to go for losing money. Gibcus ain't going nowhere, pricewise for a bit.
Now I've already got Powell up forward so if I get Comben, then I'm starting to get a bit North-heavy and it starts to get ridiculous if Nyon and Drury come up as well.
I'm looking at Walsh next week and maybe a couple of rookies and I just don't have enough of them mooing for me. Mass, Williams, Howes, Roberts, Sanders, Carroll, Graham, Harley, Darcy, Dempsey and Cadman all have decent money to make.
Only feel good about cashing in Carroll out of that next week along with the injured Gibcus. Think Howes has another 100k in him and he can do that from D7. I'm really not keen to axe him yet.
The wait on Z Reid is almost over so I'm not punting him yet.
So with all that, I've still got to punt one of my rookies/MPs I'd rather keep and that's before I use a cow on Comben.
Going Comben over a 123k option costs me 100k that I may need to be using in the next 2 weeks. With Walsh in the midfield, I can push JHF to M8 with just another 2 premo inclusions. Bont, Green and Trac are both offering massive potential discounts in 2 weeks (though no doubt Bont will smash out a 160 to stall his price drop). I think I should be focusing on positioning to pick up these 3 mids ASAP instead of playing around with the likes of Comben. The timing is just wrong.
If Comben was looking like a forward line keeper, then of course. Fill a forward slot for 220k. But isn't he more 80 points than 100?

Sexton might get another run, heard someone here say he had a good day in the magoos. So I'm looking at spending 40K to trade Duursma, who is somehow getting a game still at least, to Comben. Not worth a trade or boost.
Held Reid as well, let's hope he gets on the park soon.
