Bolton could be the man but I wouldn't rely on him getting extra mid time. His percetage of CBA's hasn't really changed and we usually just go with one of either him or Dusty in there and the other forward.

I can see teams starting to put a lot of work into Bolton because atm he's probably the only player we have capable of winning us a game, and if he gets shut down we are absolutely screwed.
Are Richmond so bad this year that they enter the category of club that 90% of other teams don't even bother putting any work into anyone in particular on their list and just back their system in each week to get the job done?

Clark, Mckercher and Carroll on the block this week

Clark goes due to his terrible BE comparative to his performance so far and likelihood of losing cash in coming weeks.

So,

Clark > Graham
King > Comben
If Clark is named then he’s not a failed rookie yet.
He’s not a success either but if he’s still playing and knows what can happen.
I see two downgrades netting you about $160k.
I think Carroll is the one to jump off. Clark just needs to be held not much else we can do with him right now.
You’ve got to get cash in bank.

I really don't want to move any of those rookies on, as they all have more cash to make. As I said I'd rather move Clark on, but I can't. I also have 4 dead rookies in Reid, Coffield, Mannagh, and Livingstone. Happy to wait for Reif to return and use the others as loops atm though

The issue for me is do I fade Heeney and risk him going large again with the Top 1% at 94%, ownership and go with the POD move of Merrett, who is more expensive, but has a great run after playing ADE this week?
If 94% of the top 1% have Heeney, then him crapping out a 57 would be huge for you. He's gone large every week against you so far and you've maintained a top 1% position.

Merrett is a bit of a POD but not the 94% POD that not having Heeney is

True, not much cash gained this week. I just can't see Clark making any money with his output so far. Even his full games have been ordinary. With Cerra out, I feel Carroll will make more.

I suspect Merrett won't be a POD for too much longer.

I think he will remain a POD as he isn’t really affordable right now.

Seems to always have a lean run leading into the byes. Think he might be a final upgrade for some come round 15.
I agree.. teams will be targeting fallen premiums more so than $660k guys. Bont, Green, Stewart, Petracca, English, etc will all be higher priority targets. Only takes 1 bad score to get Merrett under $600k and that’s when his ownership will jump up.

Starting to come around to this thinking, despite being a lot lower in rankings. Heeney is due a down week, and teams generally are average post bye, so can see the swans struggling against GC. Means I can keep Massimo over Sanders, which I prefer as the former is playing North.

I’m sure I’ll flip flop again before the first game, but Dunkley in is looking more and more likely as my upgrade for the week.

In a team that is woeful, if it worth a boost to bring Comben in at the expense of Clark (via Reid)

Other moves are looking like Draper and McKercher for Flanders and Graham

I don’t see Carroll making a huge amount more with that 26 rolling through for 2 weeks but fair enough.
You’ll certainly have a strong bench could prove important later on

What does :-

McKercher - > Graham
Windsor - > Comben do ?

Enough cash to do something with Carroll ?

Surely Draper can just stay @ D7 , might be a very slow burn , but at least he is a warm body

Very true, but I am prepared to spend big on him due to his elite scores atm.

He has an excellent run of games post Adelaide this round as well.

personally im targetting merrett next week and petracca whenever he bottoms out(2-3 weeks?) also stewart whenever he bottoms out

but i actually think with the amount of more expensive 300-400k rookies on the trade block as soon as they produce another mid performance(zwill, massimo, sanders, sharp) there's actually enough money there to get merrett in + a couple fallen premos

I’m very light in the mid line after I sold Dawson in r3, so Dunkley is going to be my M4. Looking at petracca in rd8 as he will hopefully bottom out. Rd 7 is currently a mystery to me.

Out of Windsor, Mckercher, Howes(who i believe has $$ to make after the bye reset), Clark, Z Reid, Sexton

Choose any 2/3 to trade to rookies
