Laird may be cheap but I don’t think he will have bottomed out, given he just scored a 65. 560k and BE around 140 on my very rough mental maths (using MN of 5200 - not sure if it’s still that high).

Longshot but does anyone happen to have data for last season's top 8 mids? Would love to see who was in there before byes vs end of season?

The end of season Top 8 midfielders were....

Bontempelli (129.7 average)
Oliver (120.6)
Petracca (119.5)
Laird (116.9)
Merrett (116.3)
Liberatore (116)
LDU (113.6)
Serong (111.2)

End of season Top 8 on total points included Neale & Brayshaw instead of Oliver & LDU.

Dawson, Dunkley, Butters, Gulden, Rozee & Taranto all had DPP.

Notice the common theme of Tom Green never being involved with top 8 discussions? :censored:

Midfield Price - Performance Review
This table shows the highest priced Mids at the start of the 2024 season and compares their opening price to their current SC price.
It shows how hard it is for high priced players to hold their value as the season unfolds.
Neale & Cripps the value stand-outs - I guess it reflects they were under-priced more than anything else.. Screenshot 5.JPG
