Didn't realise Yeo was a possible out this week, as he wasn't on the injury report. Damn. Guess he was a cheap "premium" player when I picked him, and should have expected missed games.
It's his fathers funeral on Monday so they might not want to risk him not being able to fly home after the match like Gov the other week.

I'm not sure what is unclear about it. If you tackle someone and they get concussed, you'll almost surely get suspended. Seems simple enough to me. Or it should be. Ignore the part that it depends who the player is who tackles though, if they are a favourite player they are a good chance to get off. The same rules don't apply to certain players apparently.
Agree with the who it is. Also consider when it happens. A player in a finals game I suspect gets more leeway for a transgression than the regular season.

As for the concussion it cannot be that a player that gets tackled and gets a concussion results in the tackler getting time. You can legally tackle a player without causing their head to hit the ground and they could still get a concussion. That should not be a suspension. In a collision sport bad things will happen no matter how careful players are.

No matter how we slice it, it seems to me that that a number of players are unsure about what they can and cannot do. As the people that play the game it does need to made as clear as possible what you can and cannot do.
