Anyone have a POD they are(n't) willing to share?

Bennell a lock. Ablett heaps praise on his talents. That with some more midfield time is good enough for me.

Adam Treloar. Tackles. Goals. Upward trend.

Already got Zorko.

Kade Kolo. Racks up possies. Efficiency is top notch.

Hahah or you could work in some misdirection into your response like me..cos i'm really looking at Heppell...or am i? :D
I imagine misdirections probably only become relevant well into season if you are in leading pack and all checking out each others teams and if those coaches are talking about their team and ideas. I'm hoping to have my first season where my team is not toast after 4 or 5 rounds...lol

I don't think I'll have as many POD's this year. Last year I went with a few too many I think - my mids of Jack, Cotchin and Libba weren't terrible but didn't do anything to set the world on fire.

POD's I have on watch are
DEF: Harwood (any lions fans know how Hanley out could impact his role?) or Rampe (NAB watch for his role with Eski gone)
MID: Brad Crouch as M5 - crows fans are drooling over this kid and he has better stats at the same age than practically anyone who has been through the doors of AFC.
RUCK: barring a miracle I will pick 2 of Goldy, NicNat, Luey, Kreuz - no one else really interests me at all unless there is a big injury pre: round 1
FWD: Can't see myself going anyone under 400k in the fwds as there are too many premium and rookie options. Tom Mitchell is about as poddish as I might get and I don't think he will be a POD at all!

Harwood is a good player but i think he'll be unaffected by Hanley as Harwood tends to play on an opponent. I'm not sure if there'll be growth in his SC scoring but i hope there is!

The good Brisbane players monopolise their sides fantasy scoring, and in the second half of the season (particularly the last 6-7 rounds), Harwood was consistently the ~5th best scorer, behind the big 4: Rockliff/SMartin/Hanley/Zorko. That's without Leuenberger, Redden, Christensen and Rich in the team though. I know this because I picked him up mid season in my SC draft league. Like dicksilverman, I don't think there'll be much growth in his scoring next year, but I don't think he'll be a bad scorer either.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I've heard he is a good intercept marker which is always nice for SC. Will keep him on the watchlist but won't hold high hopes :)

Tom Nicholls for the last 20 minutes
Funnily enough I had a gander at Zac Smith last night (for about 20 mins as well lol). Not sure what the situation is with both of them though.

Nicholls was back training in November, was ready to play late 2014 but they held him back.

Yeah like Courtesans, my POD at the moment is Dale Thomas, I find it strange how last year everyone was willing to pick him in the MIDFIELD at 330k but in the FORWARD line (with dual mid) at 400k, people aren't going near him?! Seems bonkers to me.

And he is a POD who has a proven history, was injury interrupted last season, now having a flying pre season to date and set for a big role in the Blues' midfield in 2015. Can only see him improving. And improving by enough to certainly warrant his selection.

This could change but ive currently gone the reverse pod in the forward line. Not starting with any of Gray, BJ, Lids, Dusty, Swan, Mitchell etc

I will after round 1...;)
Player has less than 1% ownership. Could well turn out a negative POD, but I have faith in total points rather than average!

Thinking of Yarran in my defence. Average of 83, 2 of his scores he was red vested for 9 and 38. Also 7 scores over 100.

Tom Nicholls for the last 20 minutes
I actually had Tom Nicholls sitting in my team for about 4 weeks in December. He's just hard to justify when comparing price and scoring history with Leuenberger and Kreuzer.
