Did anyone get to see on the weekend if Chad wingard is playing mid permanently now? Trap right?

Is Higgins a better option?

9 players on field that currently need upgrading, including Sandi

A number of 'premos' that I would gladly move on....

23 trades left....going to get tight me thinks

Hibberd seems too good a price to miss, will at least hold down D6 I would think. Hampton to Hibberd, Parfitt to Parsons.

I agree re: Hibberd.

At this stage looking very similar to my planned trades of Parfitt and Butler to Hibberd and Parsons.

Interesting you are very bullish on Hibberd. Any concerns he slows down like a lot of the "returnees"? He also had an interrupted preseason even unlike most of the Essendon guys who are unfortunately really struggling backing up games and also guys like Swallow, JOM, Roughy, Ryder who have all looked a bit sluggish a lot of the time.

Just a little bit wary, but I've got Hibberd in draft so hoping he continues his good run.

I think there is a risk of fatigue but I believe his debut during round 5 was a blessing as he will play six games and then get a rest when the Dees have their bye round 11.

I have really liked what I have seen from him so far. Clearly the Dees want the ball in his hands and he is playing that loose half back role which is SC gold.

I was literally just having the same thoughts, a few of the other returnees came out firing but pegged back a bit in the following few weeks. Howver at Hibberd's price even if his scoring regressess a little you are still probably getting value.

Good call on the rest. If he can push 90-95, that'd be a win at his price. Think I'll pass on this one though but would like him to be a good selection.

I know it's the wrong thread, but thoughts on Higgins or Yeo?
I'd go Yeo personally, and that's from a Higgins owner pov.

I think it will be quite unlikely Yeo frequently changes role, as they look to have a good combo going back there with McGovern. Only concern would be he starts getting a bit of attention. His game was highlighted over and over again on the weekend so I wouldn't expect him to rack up big numbers week in week out without someone paying him some attention at some stage. Most teams don't bother with rebounders though so I wouldn't expect to happen too often.

Higgo to me is more prone to low scores and missing weeks as we've already seen.

Didn't see the Sydney Carlton game on the weekend.

Was Heeney playing a more midfield role on the weekend.

26 disposals, tackles & a goal indicate more upfield, can anyone enlighten me please.

Cheers

Only JPK (25) attended more centre bounces than Heeney (21) on the weekend for the Swans. #SuperCoach #AFLFantasy

Think I need to double-down unfortunately (or deal with Nank, Greene outs) but I'd love to just get him in this week.

After looking at prices and BE's I think I have decided on :-

Parfitt to Heeney
Hampton to Heate

hoping Myers and Cameron debut this round for 2 downgrades in Rd 9

Round 8 I plan to go :-

Otten/Marchbank to Pendles & Premium Defender

please Super Coach gods be kind to me the next fortnight and let the planets align

I have the cash to go
Butler > Heeney
Stewart > Hibberd

Feels like I'd be bringing in too many midpricers though

$3k short of Marchbank and Butler to Hibberd and Heeney...
Where's the SC bank for a loan?

I'm thinking a similar trade in options... For me, I still see both Heeney and Hibberd as being keepers and holding down a D6/F6 position so therefore it's worthwhile on a trade up from 2 rooks. Heeney scoring well with the Swans getting belted, to me, says there's definitely upside and could get to a 95+ average by years end... Hibberd, well dsicussion points above give a good indication (position for Melb, break in Rd 11) my own personal opinion, lost a ton of weight and moving better than before.
