Very temped to go Bewley > rookie, Clarke > Duncan.

Would give me a final team of:

Lloyd, Hurn, Williams, Laird, Sicily, Smith (Birchall, Gardner)
Macrae, Fyfe, Cripps, Neale, Treloar, Duncan, Sloane, Crouch (Rockliff, Taylor, rookie)
Gawn, Grundy (Bines)
Marshall, Dunkley, Kelly, Dangerfield, Heeney, Gray (J.Cameron, Young)

But I'll probably hold off another week. Knowing my luck one of the rucks will go down with an injury and it'll be a month of donuts.
Nice team, definitely go Duncan. He had a horrible score early today, then got off the chain and steamed home. Scott Selwood also came into the side today, not sure if this affected his score, or helped him get off the chain. Something to consider.

I have 3 trades left.
I have the funds to go ROB (v Marshall) to Gawn (v Richmond)
I have Logue/Answerth/Burgess as D6, D7 & D8. This is my weakest onfield position. I am considering grabbing Birchall.

Should I do both, one, the other, or neither?

Assuming you have Lloyd, Laird, Hurn and Whitfield... and probably Williams, then yes... It's finals time! (Just, I've got 1 trade and I'd rather 2, but the damn things burn holes in your pockets)

Two pretty obvious trades for me: ROB > Grundy and Ryan > Birchall. Two trades, 180k and only public league finals to play for now.

Is it too early for luxury trades - Crisp to Whitfield and Gray to Boak

I'd wait on Crisp, he will get heaps more midfield minutes due to injuries to Adams, De Goey. Seems to be getting a lot of ball, but may be his efficiency that's preventing him from getting a decent score. 26 touches at 57% with 5 clangers, albeit against a strong opposition applying a lot of pressure.

Who to replace Ryan with - can afford Sic, Simmo, Zac Jones, Hunter Clarke???
Have you considered Gov, not in great form, but playing Carlton Adelaide Richmond and Hawthorn. All have tall forwards, can see him matching up well with his trademark intercept marking. He's due.

Edit $424k

Tempted to go Ryan -> Houli, and M.Crouch -> Cunnington.

Will only have 1 trade, and 20.5k left.

All of bench is playing except for Young & Fort. Full premo.

I've had Houli for a while, his numbers at the MCG are something special - Tigers remaining games are also at the home of football ?

Brayshaw -> Wingard. Dual purpose of 1) Getting rid of Brayshaw, and 2) opening up a m/f link That will allow me to choose who to field or loop based on matchups.

Otherwise use 2 trades and go down to a m/f donut and up to anyone-ish I want

Thanks RC

I have Lloyd and Zilliams but not the other 3 unfortunately. I have Sicily, BSmith and Shaw as my other defenders so I am pretty thin down back even though those 3 have been Ok. Of the 3 you mention I would probably go Whitfield however that would mean I would have to stay the course with ROB over Gawn. Not the worst option but a big risk nonetheless with Gawn playing Richmond this week.

Yeah, I think it is. Pulling both and copping an injury next round might leave you with 0 trades. Even if you pull one luxury trade, an injury leaves you with 1. Seems like you have a fair bit of cash, wait for an injury and then grab Boak/Whitfield.
