Interesting article. If Sydney are offering Daniher $1m a year over 4 or 5 years (I’m guessing heavily weighted to match payments given recent injury history), I’m feeling more confident Essendon will get two first rounders for him - I don’t think it will be 5 & 9 if Sydney trade Papley to Carlton, but maybe one of those and a late first round pick? You can’t be prepared to pay a player that much and not pay up accordingly.

Channel 7 now reporting Burns is back in the race ?

Pretty sure they have a work experience kid now at West Lakes just making it up as they want too.

Nicks & Tudor to be interviewed this week (apparently)
Where did you get the Tudor info from Herb? I've backed him for multiple Senior coaching jobs, he owes me money, lol.

I think it was on Saturday nights Channel 7 News.

Burns back in the race , Hocking still a big chance and Kingsley , Nicks & Tudor to be interviewed.

Tudor has been highly rated for years now so surely must get a senior gig soon.

Where's LITS? Wondering how he feels about Petrol being a part of these swapsies
Ideally would like to keep Petruccelle, especially with Rioli missing next year, But haven't heard anything official yet about if he wants to leave, so it's just rumors at the moment but if he does want to go we just have to get the best we can for him. Probably valued at a second rounder I reckon... Was a pick 38 (1st pick of 3rd round) in 2017, played 3 games in his first year then forced his way into the Reigning Premiership team and played 20 games in his second year. Not many young kids can do that.

We are lucky to have Jarrod Cameron who showed great signs in his 7 games this year, he can slot straight in next year. And Venables should also be back. Have also heard we are looking at couple of mature age small forwards around the country to possibly draft.

Losing Petrucclle wouldn't be ideal, but I'd much rather lose him than possibly lose Brander.

Agree with everything you’ve said.. it’s a shame we don’t know how long Rioli is going to miss to really know Petrol’s current value to us.

Finally, how exciting was Cameron’s first bunch of games... he is gonna be an absolute superstar!

Yeah I didn't think Cameron would debut this year, thought he needed some more development before debuting, but he really showed some great signs in his 7 straight games. Hopefully he see the opportunity that might be available next season... and he has a huge pre-season. A lot to like with him.
