any love for "Baby Bash" ?

only $ 4,500.00 more expensive than Bryant & Hales.

from a cricket perspective be nice to see if Bryant can bat more than 6-10 overs this season and see what he can achieve (although was probably following orders)

I guess with Bryant , Banton , Lynnsanity & Cutting they just continue the boundary or nothing approach.
Banton looks like a better pick with the WKP DPP and Byrants inconsistency is a worry

Here is bowling. Probably a bit harsh on some grounds with Alice Springs, Mo & Moe 1 game, Geelong, Metricon, Utas, 3 games and Co*** Harbour yet to play a game (put them in middle tier). But it’s a bit of rough guide

Awesome stuff again mate. Sorry to be picky again but was Metricon an easy batting as well as easy bowling pitch...? Seems to be listed as green on both charts!

but if he hasn't resumed bowling by then and is batting at 5 or 6 how many points is he going to score ?

I guess just leave him on the bench if he is playing @ $ 42 k can't go wrong

depends who they sign to replace Behrendorff & Tye.

Whiteman
Livingstone
Inglis
Turner
Hobson
Green
Agar
Jordan
Richardson
Kelly
Fawad

12th Hardie

Out: Behrendorff , Marsh , Tye
? Marks: Bancroft , Paris , Patterson
That’s right, but I think given there’s such little value about this year, we might just have to do it and hope he catches a score, he has been batting ahead of agar, so they obviously rate him as a bat.
and yeah I guess that 11 looks right, I suspect Patterson will get back, but I guess we’ll see.

Banton unproven at this level and could end up like every other English batsmen before him , DPP does help , although I wonder how many will keep him after 2-3 weeks.

Bryant showed what he could do last season , a season older & wiser , or bowlers have worked him out.

Averaged 45 which is pretty damn impressive for someone who doesn't bowl.

Very interesting ?

I am struggling with my bowling bench tbh , hoping for Holland , even looked at Milenko again......yikes.

Article last week I was reading was comparing Green to Freddy , I thought seriously *** , give the kid a chance.

Hopefully he might get a bowl in the next 2 Shield games.

Yeah if he gets bowling that would be ideal! I have jewel and Harris on my bench, but I don’t really rate either, just looking for value, if Sutherland plays I’ll pick, but not sure there’s a spot for him, think he’s at the wrong club. It’s a real shame zahir Khan is so expensive, because he should be $100k cheaper, his price is so unreasonable

I am happy enough with Harris & Pierson on my bat bench , Nevill as WK bench , if I swap Morris for Henriques I can get Stanlake on my bowl bench with Green/McGurk/Sutherland.

Depends if the Renegades sign DreRuss to replace Nabi or not but that lost spot could come down to Wildermuth/Sutherland/Mennie or Holland.

Need Richo man to make the ODI Squad to create another spot.

Bryant actually averaged better than Lynn in SC last season as is $ 42,500.00 cheaper ?

maybe I need to look at numbers more and not names
Im now tempted to pick him over Hales or even Sams but I just not sure if there is enough runs to be spread between him Banton and Cutting if I'm picking all three and I'm planning on having Banton on the WKP bench round three but dropping Jewell to peirson is an option.

Fair enough, I’ll definitely be starting Carey on my keeper bench so I can VC Khawaja
also definitely starting Russell if renegades sign him.

It worries me that so many of you are talking about Dre Russ to the Gades like it's a foregone conclusion. It wasn't that long ago that the Gades lost Dwayne Bravo mid season and needed to bring in a replacement, and instead of going for the obvious Carlos Brathwaite, sat on their hands long enough for the Sixers to sign him, and ended up with Thisara Perera instead!

Russell could (should) be closer to Stoinis & Short's price rather than Smudge & ABD.

Missed a fair chunk of the CPL so not sure how fit he is , WI domestic 50 over competition is on , not sure if he is playing in that or not.

That's the problem with Bryant , Banton , Lynn & Cutting......is the pie big enough ?

So by that logic , Renshaw should be the value pick ?

Might need to study the Bowlers and see who presents value there.

Media speculation 3-4 weeks again , and then again with news that Nabi is playing BPL.

Personally I doubt we will see too many WI players back in the Big Bash , think they have priced themselves out of it and prefer the shorter BPL (which is differently run this season).

Would prefer some WI players to the second rate Poms that are being signed , but when Warner , Cummins , Hazlewood & Starc are not even playing in their own domestic competition , CA has got it seriously wrong.

Extremely talented cricketer Thisara Perera.

Heat bowling Rd1.

Guesses on whom?
Heat have long needed a death bowler because every bowler they’ve had has been ordinary at it, which includes cutting, McCullum backed cutting in last year with mixed results, I’m thinking they got Laughlin in to help with this. If Pattinson is available, and I really can’t say if he will be or not, it’s likely heat go in with cutting at 6 then 5 of Pattinson, steketee, lalor, swepson, Laughlin and khan, you’d suspect one of steketee or lalor will miss out of this happens. Otherwise they’ll both play if Pattinson is unavailable. Either way the addition of Laughlin looks very bad for cuttings bowling prospects[/QUOTE]
