Will be able to muck around with our trades or SuperCoach will shut down until the season resumes
Expect you will be able to do as many unlimited two trades as you want. Unless the people Maning the system can no longer attend work.

There may be a risk SuperCoach is not seen as an essential service..................although, if we threaten them with a rally through the city shutting down the streets, I am sure they will back down.

Depending on teams

Out: Green In: Georgiades
Out: Cavarra In: Sturt

correct the rookies

will back in Bont

Roberton , BZT , Starcevich , Brander could quickly develop into a issue

Yeah, I'll need to wait till teams drop. No way is today's team going to resemble the one in May/June. Early on - I have one Floating donut rookie to might like to get rid of, Close, Can shift Budaric to the mids and bring in one of the two hot rookies I don't have. Hmmm. But... No way are all the players going to keep their spots if they spend time on the couch.

As it stands as of today , we still have 30 trades.

The 2 trades before Round 2 starts can be reversed.

Until a decision is made if and when the competition is going to resume , they will then make a announcement and adjust accordingly if necessary.

You would hope that we would the teams that played round 1 won’t necessarily be the same as what will eventually play round 2 in possibly June or whenever they start back up. I think it will just go back to as if you were starting the season all over again and keep the points you scored in round 1. Throw her up and play on
Surely will get more than 2 trades when the next round comes along

Patton to Stuart to get Robertson to Howe would love to do MCasey to Noble or Brissy Robertson to McInerney ( who looked good rd1 )

Just from rookies, I think we will need at least 5.

I imagine BZT, Green, Cavarra, McAsey, Starcevich, Robertson, will all likely be dropped when players return from injury. McInerney, Georgiades, Budarick and TBrown no guarantees either but fingers crossed.

We will also immediately have Hill, Young, Rankine available. Steven too. Maybe Mitch Hibberd too but doubt it after a R1 win.

I would like 4 additional trades and 6 to use in R2 as a minimum, I expect all the 4 additional trades would be used for forced rookie changes and hopefully I have two to use for actual restructuring (ie Roberton/Brayshaw to Hill/Steven).

I read one suggestion which I quite like, which is you can make as many changes as you like but they come off your 30 total.

I quite like that idea , would prefer that to completely being able to reset your team for Round 2 with unlimited trades and then still having X number of trades left.

Mind you if and when Round 2 teams are announced and I suddenly have 6-10 rookies not named I will quickly change my mind ?

I don’t mind this suggestion too but think there should be a limit on the number of trades able to be made in R2 (ie 5-6). For me, I can see at least 4 forced rookie based trades I need to make and then would like my two correction trades on top of that. I guess these corrections can be made over two rounds but prices changing immediately is a headache.

I guess as a Naismith R2 owner, I’d be a bit peeved if teams can wholly change their structure to move Naismith to R2. So despite bonus trades etc, think there should be a limit of say 4-6 trades in R2.

The biggest concern, will be how many rookies retain their spot when the next round comes along. Brodie Smith got injured in round 1 but should be right when next round happens, might still get rid of him though for Howe.
Roberton and Andrew Brayshaw, are Also under pump to stay in my team.
Wouldn’t mine cutting a swathe through my rookies though

Anticipating BZT (Ambrose), McAsey (Doedee), Green (Ward), Cavarra (form) get dropped and few return from injury, I’m looking at needing to do at a minimum:
BZT -> SHill
McAsey -> HYoung
Green -> Rankine
Cavarra -> Sturt

I have Starcevich on top of that who could be a chance to get dropped but I didn’t take any other donut with B.Williams likely to play at R3 so happy enough to hold him.

If I have the luxury after that would like to do:
Roberton -> Pittonet
Brayshaw -> JSteven

Bont would be a luxury trade for a future round if he doesn’t do well against the Blues.

I think Sturt in and Roberton/McAsey out are the definites for R2 for me. If it stays at 2 and 2 in R2 and R3, I wouldn’t be able to execute these all. If SC follow AFLF and do 3 and 2 in R2 and R3, I guess I could just take say Young after a price rise.

I guess after working through it, unlimited trades in R2 seems pretty unnecessary. 3-4 in R2 would be okay at worst for my plans.
