Interesting - this is actually slightly different from my response (dismissals vs catches), and arguably they’ve chosen the less significant record (catches, over dismissals). In any case, the ordering is the same amongst that group.

Two things I did notice in checking on this:

- Australia has been extraordinarily fortunate with its keepers. 4 of the top 6 of all time have kept for Australia, in a close to unbroken line since the 1970s. Remarkable stuff.

- Interestingly many of the best of all time on a disposals per innings basis are playing right now, or have done very recently. Paine, De Kock, AB, Gilly, Haddin and Pant are basically the all time leaders ... and all have played in the last 20 years. It’s not obvious to me why this would be ... although almost all of those players have relatively few stumping. Perhaps quicks generate more dismissals for the keeper, and more overs are being bowled by pace bowlers today than previously?
