Greenwood v Petracca
I think Greenwood will need to step up with Rowell out for the season. They will be relying on him a lot. Melbourne have a lot more players taking points in their midfield. Greenwood for me.

TMitch vs Cripps for Rowell?
I prefer Mitchell for consistency. Cripps has down games in the 70-80 range, Mitchell's are more in the 90-100 range. Cripps probably goes higher more often, but it's his low games that frustrate me.

Piggy backing off this one and seeking more opinions. Can only have one until luxury upgrades (which we probably won't get this season). So I really want to choose the better scorer. Already have Simpkin, Dusty, Whitfield, Dev and certainly waiting for Bailey Smith in 2 - 3 weeks time.

So steer clear of Mitchell for the timebeing you reckon Darkie?

What about a Yeo v Mitchell trade in?
This is basically Yeo + 110K v Mitchell with their current prices. Similar BE (98 v 100). Despite Mitchell being down, he is averaging 110, Yeo 83. I would expect that to improve for Yeo, but even so his best yearly average is 107. I would normally lean to Mitchell head to head, but that extra cash is tempting. Going to need that in the next few weeks for upgrade season. So I'll say take a punt on Yeo.

I agree with @Ironhawk. I’d expect Titch to average more, but probably not enough near term to justify the price difference. To me the evidence is also suggesting that Yeo is more likely to improve near term than Titch.

If I was upgrading midfielders I’d be looking at Yeo this week and trying to get a bit more data on Titch (particularly watching disposal count, scoring shots and tackles). One week might be enough if he monsters it, which he has done vs the Pies previously - albeit I don’t really see anything in the numbers season to date to suggest that he will this time.
