Yeah that's what he said on the news.

Really unsure what to do with Fyfe now. Was going to hold... But with extra trades now, and the chance they proceed with caution on Fyfe who's had 2 hamstring nicks in the last month... and rest him for next week and bring him back fresh after the Bye.

It might be worth trading him this week. I can grab any 2 premiums this week and still have a fair bit of cash to grab 1 or 2 next week if I trade Fyfe.

I’m gonna upgrade around him, gonna trust that continuing to upgrade will benefit my team more long term.

I reckon that this season rather than aiming for 22 premiums the aim will be to get the best 19, 20 or 21 premiums you can afford and sideways trade hard. Best 18 makes a big difference in at least 3 rounds from round 10 and maybe several more so a poor D6 or F6 won’t be as important as other years.

I think you’ll still cop maybe 3-4 premos out at points in the season (due to byes or resting), so those sides with more premos overall will benefit.

Each to their own strategy tho! I think Rankine will be my F6...!

Not dangerous like a dangerous tackle is dangerous, differently dangerous.
Can someone translate the above into one syllable simple words, possibly even making sense avoiding repeating the same word 4 times?
Geez the game is in trouble if this bloke is making decisions.

I reckon Rankine could just about be my F2 by the end of this if he keeps going .

He probably won't get past Petracca, but the rest? Yikes.

Sideways trading ie bring LLoyd in after his bye or Oliver, Petracca, Ridley in prior to Round 10 is able to be used to o***et this. I wouldn’t do it normally but his year it makes sense.

Yeah I already have Trac and Ridley, and do plan to bring in Oliver in R9 or R10 anyway.

If I have the luxury trade available I would sideswap Lloyd in but I’d want a full premo side first (or at least Rankine F6 as my last “rookie” to upgrade!)

Personally, I feel that Francis should replace Hooker down back. Or they may go back to BZT. I’d be surprised if Ridley’s role changed too much
Also curious on what effect the Hooker injury has on Ridley...

Essendon folk, any insight?
I reckon we bring in Francis or Ambrose to play KPD. BZT also an option.

Ridley won’t play more defensive if that is the concern.

Judging by Woosha's words here (and the graphic), Francis is in for Hooker, Bellchambers in for Phillips, and possibly Gleeson in, depending on matchups.
