Imagine if a rebuilding club picked up both McCarthy and McCartin for pretty much nothing whilst being payed peanuts. Someone like Crow's or kangaroo's add them plus having 2 first round picks could fast track rebuilds with no risk. Worth a punt by either as it won't compromise rebuilds.

In all seriousness though, he surely won't get picked up would he? He left GWS because he was so homesick, Eagles don't need forwards like him atm (JJK, Darling, Allen, Brander, Waterman, Williams) which means he'd have to leave his home state again which means in my mind that's him done.

Probably was back 2015-16 when it happened. Strange things do happen as Polec went to port as go home factor but then ends up at North a few years later.

very good point

he might go back and play WAFL and then think to himself average wage of $ 330k in the AFL is quite handy 😀

don't know all of his circumstances I am sure his agent will be putting his name out and about though to look at all possible options

Brisbane has offered Big Charlie the chance to join Little Charlie according to 7 News , 4 year deal.

Bit of chatter about Crouch heading to Port.
