Would normally say 250k in a bowler is too much salary but the guys averaging 80 and has a huge ceiling, can you really invest the money in a more productive way?
Who would know.

Coulter-Nile averaging more and costs less could be a viable option.

Depends what you see them scoring in the next 2 games I guess.

Wade gang Wade gang! I'm seriously considering captaining him against the Sixers, since it seems to me that the Sixers leak a lot of runs in the powerplay, and Wade could very well go huge against them with a point to prove.
I don’t have the guts to captain a pure Batsmen. Those who do deserve all the just rewards of a high score. But if your captain fails in this game, it doesn’t really matter how good the rest of your team is. Just playing him is a big enough risk for me.

In fairness though, my real preferred captain is Stoinis but I can get a free look at his score before committing. If I don't loop Stoinis, I'm most likely gonna go Wade (or maybe McDermott but both are big risks). I don't really have any bowlers playing late enough for that to be an option

I have gone the opposite way since we were equal 44th

Not that far off 11th , could catch that in a Round.

Get within 200 of the podium by the start of finals and you never know , could all come down to VC/C choices.

yeah I remember that point, for what its worth I'd still see you winning it before me based on risk, I might get top 10 but you would be 1 or 1000, I might get lucky and I banked a good result last year but I am still risk adverse, might have to grow a pair, keep the chat going I really draw alot from all here

I’ve scored 549 this round. And your having the bad round
Mediocre score. Won 3 out of 10 leagues. All intentions to bring Carey in, yet went with Swepson instead. No Hales or Carey. Took the C off Jhye.

Positive side was still own Richardson and Cutting did better than I expected.

My expectations could be a little unrealistic but Im waiting for the round when my eleven players exceed.

Apologies if I came across as a tosser with my previous post. Bring on round 12.

Up to 115 this round after 807. Messed up slightly by forgetting to loop Lynn for Khawaja, only 31 points so not a huge loss but still annoying.

Looking at Tye, Livo, Khawaja to Short, Hales, Finch leaving me with:

Carey (Pfeffer)
Philippe Hales Lynn Stoinis Short (Finch E C Green)
Richardson Zampa Maxwell Christian Neser (Labuschagne Scott)

Starting to consider trading out Maxy over Livo now...
