Was just about to comment on this. Didn't get much of a crack at Richmond. Would be a super POD. Wish I had seen the game. Awkward price, but looks to have a good role?

Been in and out of my team. Agree, awkward price, also not sure whether he can increase his average to say 85. Will definitely get the ball in his hands more and the coach has said they'll look for his run and carry and rebound from defence.

You have probably spent more money than anyone else, yet Clark 50/50 he gets a game once Smith and others back, Laurie 25% and Highmore probably 50%.

Cox looks likely in my view, Young 60%, DGB low chance (2km trial result red flag). Hopefully Chapman and Worrell get there. Chapman and Young such beautiful kicks, Freo needs to back these kids in.

I'm leaning towards having a more expensive defense too, but struggling to get a team I like elsewhere when I do.

Contemplating going with a floating donut/ capt loophole at D8 (maybe A Fyfe def/mid 102K) with Flynn looking likely at R3 along with the amount of fwd & mid rookies that seem quite viable.

Atleast you get to have a look at if he does play on the Friday night teams. GWS have the Sunday game so there is a little bit of relief.

He averaged 129 points in the NAB League 2 years ago, plays a SC scoring friendly game.
I am hoping he could average at least 80 - of all the sub 300K defender options, he appeals to me by far the most.

This is the problem though. I too think he's probably the best of the 200-300k defender range but have him realistically averaging 70-80. Which is really borderline as a pick isn't it?

Maybe he'll tear up the next pre-season game... or maybe we'll get a last minute rookie! Otherwise it might be premiums all the way to D6.
