Trying not to get too Rowsus about it, but having had him in there for weeks, is there a point where ownership is so high that you take him out again?

He's a D5 and is my 5th preferred DEF premium, so could slide out anyway...

I am a fan of Short, I had him all season last year. Even a Tigers fan in my work league thought I was crazy picking him at the start of the season, but he got him in mid-late season at a much higher price - should have listened.

I had considered him this year as well prior to last night, but there's too many good defender options. I think he had only been in a few of my team iterations, but I do think he is one that should as a minimum hold his starting value this season. Still not convinced he finishes as a top 6 defender, but he shouldn't be far off it, and could be one these new rules really help. I'll probably end up on this particular Tiger band wagon, but it will depend on how I structure my team.

They are SSP players that are fighting for list spots so they aren't officially signed yet so therefore not in SuperCoach.

We’re averaging over 80 uncontested marks per team so far, seems extremely high even for a preseason game. Might be some real change to the game from this stand on the mark rubbish.

We might see defenders get a little bump as a result.

They're supplementary players competing for the last spot on the list. McDonald would be way ahead of Moore, he showed more as a forward the other night than Moore did when he played a few games last season.
