If I have to trade him, for me it needs to be to a season long keeper. I don't want to be locking in another trade again down the track.
I've got 5 premium defs and Jordan Clark, so I don't get a lot of value making a trade there.
If I went midfield it would be Titch or Walsh. Titch seems a really safe bet to be that season long keeper - Walsh with a little more risk given Williams coming back and the general unknown, but the extra cash could be useful to sort out the rucks sooner rather than later.
Up forward I feel like it would be swapping to a non-super-premium type (Heeney, Zorko etc.), given I've got Dusty and Dunkley already.
So mids it probably is.
Given 2 of my 3 on-field mid rookies are M/F, I don't mind loading up a 6th premium there if I have to. It makes no difference to who I am running on the ground week to week at this point.
Definitely needs to be a season long keeper.
Defence I am 4 premiums + Fantasia + 3 rookies.
Still think J Clark , Cumming & the young brothers could offer tremendous value their depending on Round 2 scores so not sure I want to committee to 5 premiums so soon.
Mids 4 premiums + Cripps
Fwds Danger , Dunkley , Dusty , Zorko , JZ + 3 rookies
3 Rookies ruck
The concern I have is will I need all/some of Jordon , McDonald & Warner and if both forward options how I fit them in (swing F/M premiums to the mids)
Also the bigger concern is if I need to fix Hunter where the only way would possibly be short term with Hickey/Martin.
Maybe I just lock in Danger - > Warner now then reassess and build the Bank for Round 3 and deal with it then.
Titch does look a enticing option though.
