Strategy Round 3: Trades

Have a few options. Only targets would be Jordan, Berry, Walker or Clayton if Danger swapped out. League focus.

1) Butts to Jordan via DPP (Sharp/Kozi D7/8) and Impey to Walker

2) McNeill/Brockman/Fullarton to Jordan + Berry

3) Danger to Walker + Rookie to Jordan

4) Danger to Olivier + rookie to Jordan

Berry ok, lots of tackles, missed a few shots, sounds like Crouch 2-3 weeks away

Option 2 for me.

Considering cutting Cripps, moving Laird to the mids and getting one of Ridley/Mills/Daniel. It’s very 40/60 though, I generally prefer to back in my keepers (especially mids). Just not sure I’ve seen enough sign of life from Cripps to convince me he can return to the 110+ player he was a couple of seasons ago. Not really keen on any of the other mids in that price range either.

Fullarton to Berry seems ok and gives me better m / f links.

See what happens today! There's a few changes I would like but nothing concrete yet

Caldwell, Neale and Dow to deal with at this stage.

Caldwell to jordon the obvious trade, then it will take all my will power not to go Neale to Oliver....

Dow survives, assuming he is selected, though if he does get dropped, with Carlton playing Sunday he becomes a useful loop

My first trade will be Neale for Ridley

I am happy with my Rookies so far, will trade Sharp for Chapman in Round 4

Rookies:
Highmore (Koschitzke, Sharp)
Gulden, Jordon, Berry (Powell, Downie, Brockman)
Campbell, Warner, Rowe (Treacy, Scott)

My bad, thought the price rises were after this round finished.

Price rises are after three games. As Chapman didn't play R1, you can wait an extra week for him, getting a price rise from Clark after Rd 3.

Already have Ridley and Daniel.
Keen on Mills but short by 10k. Really want Dusty but short by 6k!!
Only way to get those would be to avoid getting Jordan and instead downgrade Cahill to Murray/Treacy. This would give me a budget of around 556k to spend on Rowell's replacement. Decisions decisions!!

Focus on getting the right rookies
So get Jordan
Then be prepared to drop Rowell to a rookie even and do your upgrade next week
