Anyone else feel like they are completely overthinking their trades this week?

I probably should just grab Jordon and sit it out another week ...
I was set until these Neale back soreness rumours threw me for a loop.
Was going to carry his poor form but I can't carry a guy who is playing sore with no real information about what's wrong with him or how likely it will continue.

Gotta grab Jordon I think.

After last Thursday, i was looking at trade options for Cripps, then the footy gods decided to give me the full treatment. Three players subbed out at about 50% TOG (Fyfe, Caldwell & Webster) Then Heppell & T. Green unexpectedly didnt play - the latter when it was too late to sort out a decent fix. I am climbing back into the ring but at over 60,000th, not much hope left. Webster to D. Moore & Caldwell to Jordon.

worth getting Flynn in this week knowing that he'll likely burn another trade of mine soon? or keep hunter?
Flick Hunter without a seconds thought, I wish I had stayed Gawn, Flynn, Meek instead of bringing Hunter in, guy will be gone as soon as either Ryder returns or Marshall is fit and even if that's weeks away Hunter only scores 30-40. Can't believe I restructured for that guy.

I am in the same boat re Neale. Going against my tendency to trade liberally, I had all but resolved to keep him and ride it out.

The injury news has since seen me wavering from this position....there just feels like too much uncertainty around a bloke who costs 715k.

Are Brisbane going to be rubbish?
Does not having their first choice ruck matter?
Is Neale going to be regularly tagged?
Is Neale injured?
Is Neale too focused on becoming a fashion model?
Is Covid/hub life going to impact him?

I think I've just made my own mind up!

It's definitely the fashion model bit that concerns me the most.
I mean, get your act together Lachie, GQ & Esquire can wait, your team is 0-2 son.

Is Warner a must have rookie? I have Cripps and Heppell to deal with.. 1 potentially not playing (2 missed games) and one playing injured so output reduced..

1 trade is to Jordan, just don’t know whether to go up to premo or grab Warner for $$ generation.. 30 trades still left
Warner is first priority.

I entered these trades yesterday and haven't seen any need to reverse them yet, so it's likely I'll run with:

Green to Jordon
Scott to Walker

Gets rid of a mid pricer with JS and role concerns and a rookie who has JS and scoring concerns for a much more secure rookie in terms of both scoring and JS and a player near guaranteed to make $100K+ minimum over a couple of weeks, and potentially significantly more.

Plenty of tempting options to bring in, not as many to trade out, I think longer term this works out best.

Have been completely devoid of SC all week, due to work going bonkers and wife being away, and 3 pesky kids to look after :p

Haven't read through much of this thread, but I usually budget 2 trades end of round 2. Rookies corrections are always the priority, then correct if i can. Rookies i dont have are Berry, Campbell and Warner, other than that on most of the right rookies.

On the block this weeek: H J:poop:nes, Sharp, Scott, Gaff, Cripps

Option 1: Jones & Sharp/Daniher to Warner and Berry/Campbell (optimise rookies, maximise cash over the long term)

Option 2: Gaff & Daniher to Oliver & Warner (1 correction, 1 rookie optimisation, dont like that Daniher is now stuck in a hub)

Option 3: ?

Thoughts of the great minds on this site most welcome!!!
