Cerra to Oliver then only can afford Cumming or Allir for Howe , not sure what to do.

Getting Jones early ends up a massive frustration, probably need to get a premium back in for him, luckily have 260K in the bank, would be as simple as Clark or Campbell down and I can get anyone I want back there.

I've had Jones since Rd 1. Will hold again. Aim for him to be the D emergency through 2nd half of the year. Will deal with the other problems for now, with a view to getting as many rookies off field as I can. If I run out of problems to deal with then I'll look at getting rid of Jones, but I have far more than 8 issues, so some chance he's back by then.

There is a chance but also Mark O'Connor is a chance to return along with Cameron making his debut for the cats (De Koning probably goes out for him after debuting last week).

I had a problem too but I think it was because I was trying to sub him with a bench player.

I’m SOLD on Mansell only because it allows me to trade Berry instead of Campbell.

Berry/Clark to Oliver/Mansell

Mansell probably plays too for me if Highmore is not back. A solid 50 rookie is not too bad as long as he can avoid the 20-30s which a lot of rookies have been dishing up this season

As much as I'd love to do something with one of Cripps/Taranto I'd need to burn another two trades to do so.

With that said, it feels kinda inevitable that they'll need upgrading at some stage yes? A lot of teams in the position as me with these two potatoes.

If he was a defender I would and still might if I don't have a donut in the backline. Would appear to be a safer pick than Mansell given the Colliwobbles.

I'm in the same boat. I wasn't planning on trading either of them until most of my on field rookies were gone since it's not like they will bleed cash. But now it looks like the only way I can afford both Neale and Grundy in the next few weeks is if I trade one of them. I just need to decide which one... leaning towards Cripps as I reckon Taranto could go up another 50k with a few decent games.

I need to build my Bank up, and since LJones is not available, I'm looking at trading in BMcCreery and Mansell.
McCreery looks like a slow money maker, but that is better then no money making. I think his job security is alright and less risky than taking the one gamer FMacrae.

Not the first time Hipwood has taken out guys with his errant elbow, (or a boot to the face). Thought the head was sacrosanct.

Guess all the grand standing about "duty of care" and all of the media releases about how they care about concussion amounted to nothing.

Considering the carnage I was facing in the backs (Ridley, Jones, Highmore), I traded out Ridley moved Laird to the backline and brought in Oliver.

Not what I wanted to do but it helped my structure and covered a donut.

Mansell looked a fair bit better last week, but no Tigers defenders we going to score well in that one way game.

Think he can score better, but by no means a world beater.

One of the first rules is to never go early, still remember when Josh Glenn fooled everyone.
Even after Jones this week people are still considering Baby Macrae this week. Crazy.

I don’t like going early but I guess it depends. Some are forced to go early to avoid donuts.
