L. Jones (Port) listed as ankle and test on AFL site.

Hoping fine as will stuff a few teams up, including mine.
Saw that, not entirely sure obviously, but my first suspicion was that its an error and he was incorrectly not removed from last weeks report.
I literally haven't seen anything else around the traps to suggest he was battling an ankle again after Sunday's game, and find it hard to believe we wouldn't have heard anything if there was an issue.

Didn't appear in Port's article on their website yesterday with their Injury Update.

Correct, Jones isn’t injured. Port just haven’t updated their list. Houston is still on there too even though he didn’t pick up an injury on the weekend either.

GWS has so many injuries to talls, that I suspect Flynn plays on indefinitely. Haynes is likely the only KPD they have left, as Buckley will probably miss a week. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if Briggs comes in to play as either a defender or tall forward. Riccardi is already playing as a defender and Finlayson just isn't accountable enough to be one, that's why he became a forward in the first place because he was so bad as a defender.
Great analysis, it's basically what I would've written too. No higher praise than that! ;)

Can Buntine play as the 3rd/4th tall ?
I'm sure Leon thinks he could, but Leon also thinks Buntine can play AFL-standard football. I, OTOH, think it would be a great way to allow McStay to kick a bag of 10 or something.

Guess it will depend on whether they keep playing Mumford & Flynn together , looks like Mumford had 21 CBA & Flynn 7 CBA on the weekend.

When Mumford has his rests , does Flynn then play as # 1 ruck and they find a forward as a back up ?

Not sure what their options in defence are now with Taylor injured , was reading Briggs might come in and play key defence.

I guess the other options are Finlayson & Riccardi.

Davis is still a few weeks away as well.
Riccardi playing defense the past two weeks. I would be shocked if Haynes doesn't simply play tall, Buckley already taking the mobile KPF as well and Idun will continue to be the 3rd/4th tall flex guy with Cumming the primary 3rd man up and Ash the quick small. Buntine probably stays in as the no good but versatile 3rd/4th guy as well but expect Idun and Haynes to play taller more than him. Eagles on the weekend the weird team where you can't work out who is the 3rd and 4th tall because they play the 4 KPF anyway but it was Buckley on Darling (Riewoldt the week before) all game.

Flynn was good as a forward and very strong as the 2nd ruck against Williams who is actually one of the better second rucks (as a legit ruckman!), gave them a big advantage. Fantasy wise it's not a great role, he wont kick a couple and basically having nothing but HOtA every week but really just needs another week for the cash gen!

Haynes is an interesting player. This year has dropped nearly $200K, last year he averaged 98. Last round he scored 85 (2nd highest score since Rd1) coming back from an injury. Expected to drop lower with a BE of 110 and has a Rd12 Bye.
Do you think he is a player worth taking a risk on after his Bye, if it looks like I might struggle to complete my team?

I can't help but think there are just better options. There was no indication on the weekend he had the intercept role that was key to his start to 2020 and if anything this injury just moves him further from that. I think they just prefer Cumming who gives them a lot more with ball in hand as the free man.

Much prefer a Moore type play down back but personally I'd look at Cerra, Walters or Heeney as plays over Haynes as well if looking for genuine value. I think Cerra should be ~105 for the rest of the season, Walters and Heeney both capable of 90+ in roles from last week which as forwards does the trick.

There will be other value plays down back.

Stay a mile from him until/unless at least two of Davis, Taylor and Keeffe are back. Which won't be for a long time.

Haynes will play an intercept role if the Giants have the other options on the field. If they don't he switches to a defensive role and in general two things happen - his opponent will take him away from the ball, and Haynes goes the spoil more often.
