I think bringing in 4 premos total over Rds 13 and 14 would be pushing it for a lot of coaches. I believe I'm aiming at 3 in SC along with Heeney this week. Of course it all depends on what premos you are targeting. If you are just going for bargain bin options like JDG or Houston then maybe you could look at 4 or 5.

But I think most of us are lusting after those who will likely finish top 6 in their position (or thereabouts) and they tend to require some coin unfortunately. So that still mandates some downgrading too.

I guess if you were still carrying Jordon , Powell , Rowe , Warner that could be 4 premium upgrades.

Haven't really looked at the rookie backs and their prices for awhile , Dylan Buckley probably could have been carried and upgraded.

Definitely people expect to have the Top 6-8 in the 3 positions , doubt the winners over history have got remotely close.

Always find 3-6 who are complete bolters in the back end of a season in any case

Although you probably would need a million dollar 🏦 to upgrade all 5 through the byes

Can't deny the risk Shannon. After all I'm a Swans supporter so have seen him go down more times than I would like over the years. I also never thought I'd get into bed with Aaron Hall this season either but Supercoach sometimes asks you to sell yourself to the devil. :devilish:

Unlike @Herbie66 I'm already prepared for all the "I told you so's" coming my way when he crashes and burns. o_O

The plan is to move him to a F7 and play the match-ups game when he's available. Still value under $400K. Also I'm trading Daniher to him who isn't exactly a paragon of durability himself. Although it was definitely a better deal last week - to make $20K out of that trade I still see as a small victory.

That all said I can totally understand most coaches passing on him even if he is the most traded in premo this week to your NicNat.

Crazily, I haven't had to trade to avoid donuts (Cahill or otherwise) and just done normal upgrades/downgrades/injury replacements until now so it hasn't been a pressing issue given Cahill is not exactly a stash of cash on the bench. Unfortunately my overall doesn't reflect that luck because of bad luck of guys like Rowell and Neale sending me backwards, but c'est la vie.
