I'm a bit surprised to see Sema in a couple of other teams here, I thought he was going to be a unique starting selection for me at just 1% ownership, and I don't think I had seen him mentioned at all before today. It's probably a good sign others are considering him I guess.
A bit like vsberlina, I was tossing up between Cleverley and Sema as a cheap option at that price (among a couple of others). Figuring whoever I do pick is basically a place holder for the first round or two, unless they have a good game themselves, before I bring in someone who will get a big price rise in GW3 in that spot.
Think I'm fairly set on my team, just waiting on team sheets now (there's very few surprise selections, maybe one other I haven't seen in other teams). At least most of the games start at midnight this round, with teams named at 11PM - I much prefer that to the 2AM starts later in the season.

Reading your guys comment, I'm seeing the scoring rules changed from last year regarding the mid who only get 2points for a CS? any other rule changes?
Also does anyone know if Mane was classed as a mid last year or was he still a forward? Considering him if he is 200k less than Salah, had and off year and still almost matched his avg score. Another under valued player is Aubumeyang that I considered but Arsenal are pretty **** and their fixtures arent good after GW1.

Key passes have been added for 1 point. Shots on target are now 1 point each instead of 2 for every 2 on target.
Goalkeepers now get a point per shot save which I also think was 2 for every 2 saves. A few others have been added that are half a point.
The apperances/minutes played points have been halved.

Raph is fixture proof. Leeds got belted 6-2 at OT last year, but he got the assists to both goals.
Against the 3 sides he faces first this season, his record for the 5 games was 2 goals and 3 assists.
I've got him in my FPL side, where he'll likely be for 38 weeks, but for 10m in Sportal, I'll wait a while too.

Ziyech had a blinder. 4 KP & 4 SC. 8 misc pts that last season would have got him nothing.
Meanwhile, Havertz was dispossessed 4 times, so would have been minused pts there.
Looking at their scores last season, Ziyech got 150 pts, but with the new pts system, would have scored 166 pts.
Havertz got 189 pts, but with the new pts scoring, would have got 167 pts.
Seems Havertz isn't the gift horse we all think he is, and Ziyeh is the one we should be going for.
