Weighing up Guthrie for Paris. Will Guthrie get through to the DGR? Can also do Paris to Bazley

It’s a little bit of a risk still I think to grab Guthrie. If Hazelwood and Cummins play the Boxing Day test, are Neser and Steketee released for BBL (Jhye on standby)

That’s what I’m wondering. I have the option to
Go Curran to Munro, Dre Russ to Mills and Paris to Short, making Zampa a permanent bench player who I can loop

I don’t want to leave myself short on the round 6 DGR though, and already need to find a way to get Maxwell next week given a -48 BE

Am I the only one that prefers him to an extra Scorcher? Pretty well priced and with their injuries hes very likely to bowl 4, set to explode IMO.

Trying to figure out which of him and Rashid to bring in this round. Probably the other one next round.

I’ll just grab Short at the start of round 5 after the Scorchers bye.

Good thing is, most of the Heat/Hurricanes DGR guys are all pretty well priced. No 180k+ to worry about. Though Short/Wade/McDermott could get there

Short,Wade,McDermott,Meredith,Ellis,Lynn and Steketee arent exactly going to be cheap, Neser and Swepson get released it's two more guys over 120k aswell.

It’s not as if we’re trading out our bench for them though.

Players I’ll more than likely be trading out from now until round 6 that are above 120k are Curran, Russell, Zampa, Tye, Mills, Munro, M Short and Philippe. Jordan as well who is 117k.

Yes, that would be the most likely scenario.

Possibly a JS risk with Steketee back, potentially Neser and Swepson at times, and who knows what's going on with Wildermuth (although he might be behind Bazley and Bartlett now!)

So much uncertainty over Brisbane squad. Might just wait until their double to trade in. Currently have just Duckett who looks safe at 3-4. Probably add Lynn, Mujeeb and maybe Steketee if he plays. Hobart I’ll want Wade, Short and probably McDermott as well as a bowler

ok think I have my outs sorted for Rd 4-6

Round 4 : NCN , Stoinis , Zampa

Round 5: DreRuss , Gilkes , Paris (or Scorcher)

Round 6: RK19 + 2 Scorchers (or Paris)

Ins are a combo of Heat/Hurricanes/Scorchers and dependent on CA announcing the next Test Squad soon

Mind you if we get a load of Pakis actually confirmed over the next few days , things will quickly change.

Curious to see if the Sixers are getting a OS replacement for Jordan.

That round 6 DGR will be interesting. All those Heat players are flakey and inconsistent, as are a few of the Hurricanes. Be interesting to see what number people go with. Only ones I’m confident on are Short, Wade, McDermott, Ellis and even then they’re not that consistent. From Heat you’d probably need Lynn and Mujeeb but they’re so up and down
