I think the fairest solution is for all to be given ‘x’ amount of trades for the remainder of the round which do not carry over. I think it would be near impossible for them to program the provision of trades to those with Heat players only.

Then we can all do what we like with our Heat, Sixers and Hurricanes players with the trades we’re given.

Some will use all trades given, others won’t need to use any.

Savvy coaches who have already had all 11 play for the round can use their trades to play the BE game with their bench.

Those coaches that have joined me in NBA, EPL and NFL over the past 1-2 years will beg to differ as they have enjoyed career best seasons by putting measures in place to successfully navigate player losses to covid protocols of which there have been far greater than those in the BBL along with fixture changes, with minimal extra trades received.
I just find it amusing when people act like they are tactical geniuses when complete luck has fallen their way.

And maybe a $5M budget with the ability to go into overdraft if it is not enough
In all seriousness though , while the majority always want extra trades , I often find extra $ would be more beneficial.

If you have players of low value it makes it hard getting anything worthwhile with extra trades , although maybe I need to improve things to make money off my bench.

Certainly missed out (in hindsight) this season by not starting the likes of Couch , Kerr , Rogers , Ross , M Short etc etc

At their peak price should be trading them out to premiums and benching bye players , should almost have 11-12 premiums by now , I think I am only half of that.

At the very least Scorchers scores can't be counted again for this round, and let's face it no-one was expecting them to so no loss and they should be locked out from trading as well as the Hurricanes.
An extra trade or two allotted which can then only be practically used by someone with a Heat player to at least try and trade a Heat to a Sixer.

That will be impossible to program.

If the game allows that to happen, i feel that is the fairest.

Only problem is that teams with scorchers might be punished as they might not have a DGW next round if fixtures change again, which basically has to happen with the schedule.
