Absolute nightmare.

Think near everyone will have Abbott + KRicho.

Then 3 spots.
Sixers: strikers + heat
Heat: scorchers + Sixers
Gades: canes + thunder
Canes: gades + stars

Looking at that you’d probably say Sixers and canes have the best matchups, but Steketee/Bartlett have been really high quality.

Steketee is coming off COVID so I'm a bit leery.
Hasnain started off well against the Strikes as a totally unknown bowler. Did well against the Gades but not so well the Canes.
In two T20 tournaments in Pakistan this year he took 15 wickets in 17 matches. Maybe the Australian wickets are helping him, maybe the batters are worse than the Pakistan batters - but I'm betting that he won't continue as he started.

Clarke 24 , Maxwell 17 , Zampa 7 quickly brings it down to earth, I gather widely owned so only really affects those that have any of them VC/C

4th trade will be Sams - > Dwarshuis
5th trade will be Finch - > Philippe

The game has changed a bit this year. Seems that they stay on field more often than not.

Probably needs to take more of a backseat with future selections, this year and beyond.

Would have agreed with you being cautious in the early part of the season.

Not in Sydney personally so can only go off forecasts, but the ones I’m looking at have thunderstorms around game time.

Completely fair, but on the flip side people lost points on the Sixers gades wash out. It goes both ways.

Likely means he just plays solely as a bowler which isnt the end of the world considering he's done next to nothing with the bat anyway.

Bartlett, Steketee, Neser, Swepson will all get 4 overs, if Bazley isn’t pulling his weight he might not get 4 overs and Wildermuth as well could get a look

Hopefully Clarke, Maxwell & Zampa don't lose to much $ , those 3 plus M Short & Siddle will make way for :-

Abbott, Meredith , Rogers and 2 yet to be determined Heat players

Bench will be

Nielsen
Hales, Weatherald
Qais (capatin donut if needed), Thornton

A little bit of planning and thinking goes along way
