So using the adjusted scoring system in place for the Cazoo tournament ...

- I came up with the following calculations for the players involved from the Masters tournament just completed ...

If anyone sees any errors please let me know ....

Van Gerwen’s moniker is Mighty Mike, Gary Anderson is from Scotland and Jonny Clayton is from Wales.

Thanks ... a few more issues than I was anticipating but once all amended it should be right for the tournament / season ...

Hard to tell. I think they have the 8 right and I’m glad Cullen won if the Masters winner was an auto selection. Jose would have been stiff to miss to Chizzy and he might honestly be stiff to miss to Cullen too. He made the Prem final last year, has a higher ranking, and made the Masters semi.

Possibly. As mentioned by @The Banker, Jose was very unlucky given he broke the tournament 180 record last year and made the Premier League finals whilst Rob Cross could count himself in the same category as well, with a European Championship title last year and a good run in a few of the final tournaments. The field was reduced from 10 to 8 this season which made the battle for those final spots even tougher than usual.

Fantastic to see Cullen claim his first TV title and if he maintains that form and confidence, in a format which suits his style, then he could easily make the playo*** in Newcastle. For family reasons Leeds is one of the first places overseas I want to visit and the home crowd in Week 10 for Cullen will be electric.
