Not sure bailing out of a failed pick by trading into an equally risky pick is the way to go.
Im not going to pick him to trade him out im picking him hoping he gets to a 110 ave. If things do go bad by round 3-4 there is a mid price player ive missed whos dominating i can swap him over with. I will take a 110 ave hopefully. Risk v reward

I agree Cripps is doing some great things tonight but to me he feels like more of a round 3 upgrade target. 1 game doesn’t make a premium no matter how good it is.. but if he can do this against Richmond and the Doggies.. that’s a different story.
Feels like it’s easier to get him in as a correction trade than it is to get him out at his price if he doesn’t work out.
If you had watched last weeks game as well Cripps is a no brainer to start. Captain of the football club and playing for a new coach but more importantly is injury free. Why waste a trade when you don't have too.

Enough to allay the concerns on Gawn's role? I would have thought so. Guess it's Grawndy after all.
Concerns have been far too over exaggerated in the preseason. Still in his prime, team in the premiership window and as long as decreased ruck time equates to more time around the ground with the opportunity to register more intercept marks or goals rather than increased bench time, he should still be able to hover around the 120-125 range.

Is that right?

Anyway, Vossy's pre-season winning streak continues. That's at least 6 in a row counting that unforgettable 2013 NAB Cup run (I know it still stings Carlton fans). I wonder what else happened that year?
